Scientists have identified a unique exoplanet described as “super fluffy,” which is approximately 50 per cent larger than Jupiter but weighs only a seventh of its mass, resulting in a density akin to “cotton candy.” This newly discovered planet, named ‘WASP-193b,’ is situated approximately 1,200 light years away from Earth, equivalent to a distance of around 10,800 trillion kilometres. Exoplanets, which orbit stars outside our solar system, offer valuable insights into the workings of the universe and contribute to our understanding of celestial phenomena.

The company accountable for the pollution was instructed by the apex court to deposit the funds following a 2013 directive from the National Green Tribunal (NGT). Paryavaran Mitra, the NGO, stated that they will now pursue further action with the authorities to ensure the release of the allocated amount.
