No. 12 Blue Devils Travel to Virginia for ACC-Big Ten Double Dual – Duke University

DURHAM- No. 12 Duke rowing travels to Charlottesville, Va., to face No. 9 Michigan, No. 11 Virginia and No. 14 Ohio State in the ACC-Big Ten Double Dual this weekend.

Due to weather conditions, the regatta, originally scheduled for Saturday on Lake Monticello, has moved to a two-day event on the Rivanna Reservoir. The Blue Devils’ first race is slated for 5:40 p.m. on Friday.

Duke enters the competition at No. 12 in the first Pocock CRCA Coaches Poll, the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association announced on Wednesday. The Blue Devils have been ranked in the top-20 of the CRCA poll since 2019.

5:40 p.m. – Third Varsity Eight/Novice Eight

6:00 p.m. – Third Varsity Four

6:20 p.m. – Second Varsity Four

6:40 p.m. – Varsity Four

7:00 p.m. – Second Varsity Eight

7:20 p.m. – Varsity Eight



9:10 a.m – Third Varsity Eight/Novice Eight

9:30 a.m. – Third Varsity Four

9:50 a.m. – Second Varsity Four

10:10 a.m. – Varsity Four

10:30 a.m. – Second Varsity Eight

10:50 a.m. – Varsity Eight



Duke rowing travels to Sarasota, Fla., for two days of racing in the Big Ten Invitational on April 7-8.  The Blue Devils are set to compete against a field of 16 teams in seven events, including 1V8, 2V8, 1V4, 2V4, 3V8, 4V8 and 3V4.
